At Blackstone Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
